All sales are final and cannot be returned.
While each candle is carefully crafted, there may be instances where issues arise. I will make every effort possible to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If the product is damaged or defective, please contact me directly at hello@thestudio17.com with your order number and pictures of the defective item.
Any approved exchange will require the original receipt and exchanges must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. Shipping costs will not be covered.
